I'd say you pay for what you get... It works but takes a bit to dry hands. So not a very strong blow of air.

Unfortunately, I waited too long to install it because other stuff was being done to my bathroom. When I took it from the box and plugged it in, it would never turn on. There were no instructions or troubleshooting included and I couldn't find any information that was helpful other than the videos on the production page of someone turning it on and then using the sensor to get the air to blow. I didn't want to drill holes in my wall until I was sure it would function, and I suspected some kind of grounding issue with the installation, so we simulated a full installation and it still did not function. I watched the videos of its use and it shows a button to turn it on underneath, but it's just a hard piece of plastic and not a button at all. I suspected that maybe it was a sensor button, but that doesn't seem to be the case, either.I was never able to contact customer service and now it's been so long that I'm sure there's no recourse left to me, so for that reason, I split the difference in the stars. It's a great-looking item that I would enjoy having on my wall if it were functional. If someone reached out to me to provide a functional item, I would update the review as people seem to like it.

I put this in the kitchen since that is where my hands are wet the most and I LOVE it. It is really cool. And I like how you can change it from hot air to cool air. It is super neat.

This electric hand dryer works well with both warm and cold air options to choose from. The dryer seems well made and functions well after installation but I wish the blower was much more powerful as it takes quite a while to fully dry your hands compared to a heavy duty commercial dryer. Overall the product works OK and I give it 4 stars.
