This slicer is easy to use and I like the child safety on/off switch. I have sliced a 3lb semi frozen eye of round roast for beef jerky and a few semi frozen boneless/skinless chicken breast for dog jerky. Clean-up between cuts and when finished is quick and easy. Happy with purchase.

I ordered this meat slicer on a whim, and after several other research’s. I Thought that it would be a good buy because they make commercial size that are reviewed very positive. Only complaint and the reason I sent it back was that when you had a firm piece of partially frozen meat the back wall was not stable enough to make a consistent cut all the way through the meat. In other words, one and of your cut would be your correct with, and the other end would widen from Pressure push pushing against the blade.

Overall, very happy with this purchase. Deli quality! Slices perfectly, both meats & cheeses (that is all we have tried so far). It came with a plastic tray used to catch the cuts, but it was cracked in a few places, not usable. But that was no big deal, you can use whatever you want to catch the slices. Or catch them by hand, as we did. Great product! BTW: it is HUGE and Very Heavy!

This is a really nice meat slicer. So far have only cut cheese with it, and it does an excellent job. Is easy to clean. Super quiet as compared to my smaller meat slicer.

Delivered today and tried it. It’s not what they say it will do. In the instructions it says to have the meat frozen before cutting. What?? I don’t think so. I will be returning.
