  • 25 Feet of 3/8" Copper
  • Quick cooling, connects to your garden hose
  • Includes 10 feet of Vinyl Drain Line and Brass Connection
  • Brass fittings Directly Attached

This immersion chiller will allow for rapid cooling of hot wort to yeast pitching temperatures. This chiller is approximately 25 feet of 3/8" copper tubing with brass garden hose fittings both female and male that are solidly attached in place eliminating any leaks and the potential bursting that is often associated with vinyl tubing that is clamped on with other models of immersion coils. No one wants a burst hose spraying non sterilized water into your wort ruining your beer. You do not want the vinyl tubing near the boiling wort as the high temperatures will significantly weaken the tubing. This is the best model available on the market! The copper loops on this chiller are also easy to adjust to just about any width you desire between the loops. Simply pull them apart to spread them out! Includes 10 feet of drain line and the brass connection with rubber o-ring for the drain line. This eliminates any trip to the hardware store for the drain side.

I was extremely satisfied with this product. I used two of my garden hoses to hook up to the chiller. Didn't use the hose that came with it. Nothing extra needed to be bought. No leaks. Chilled 3 gal. of wort in 20-25 minutes. It was well worth the price. Shipping was a little expensive.

Like any good tool, this coil system will make home brewing easier with better end results. The construction of this unit is solid, not like some of the other cheap versions, I recommend that if your looking for a wort chiller, look no further!

The chiller i received did not include fittings to attach to the garden hose or the drain line. I've asked for a replacement, we'll see how it goes. Hope it arrives in time for Christmas

Nice like the hose ends , came with no drain tube or rubber o ring ??? So now I have to make a trip to the hardware store and spend more $ , not happy.

I've had this chiller for several months now, and gotten quite a bit of use out of it. I do like the fact that the connections are soldered to the coils, so they won't leak. It's easy to adjust the height of the coils, allowing for your liquid volume. I've banged it around a fair, and it's still in pretty good shape. With minimal care, I expect this chiller to last a long time. All is not perfect though. This could very well be a fault with all immersion chillers of this size, but it does take a fair bit of time to cool my wort. I'm only cooling 3.5 gallons of wort, and it takes well over 30 minutes to cool it down to the low 70s. I realize there could very well be other factors involved (water temp, flow rate, etc), but it still seems a little sluggish to me.Still, for the price, this is probably one of the best wort chillers you can get. And if you're doing partial-boils or small batches, this chiller will work just fine.

Brewed my first 2 beers using this chiller. I love this thing and should have one years ago. Only concern is location of water connections. They are located inside the diameter of my boil pot which could catch dripping water.

Best bang I could find for my buck. Gave it a test before using. No leaks. Have chilled 3 worts the past week fast and with zero issues. The attachments are better than any other chiller has at this price range. Everything I needed is here. Fits my 2, 3, and 5 gallon kettles.
