I was surprised at how light weight it was, easy to wield with one hand, I used it for about an hour with out having to think about setting it down or taking a break. My only complaint is it wouldn't cut things at 1/4 inch in diameter but then it is supposed to be a small, light weight tool so what should you expect? Two batteries is a plus, all in all well worth the money I think.

I like the price and the package comes with 2 batteries. The batteries charge in 2 hours and last about 2 hours of cutting time. Works well in my landscaping with common shrubs. Easy to shape shrubs with the small clippers. The only negative I found is that the "ON" button does not lock ON. You need to be pulling on it while using and after clipping several shrubs, it became a little uncomfortable in my forearm. That also limited some positioning of the clippers. But I can live with these minor inconveniences and this product is much easier to use than my old, corded 18" bar.

This trimmer caught my eye despite it being winter and gardening not being an activity done in the snow! The price was great and it is 2 tools in one: a grass trimmer and a hedge trimmer. Cordless, it comes with two battery packs and the charger included. One can trim the whole yard on one pack, and neater up the hedge and shrubs with the second! Lightweight and easy to manage, I can recommend it for anyone with arthritis or physical limitations. The blades change easily, with no tools necessary. Both blades are sharp and cut cleanly. Tried the new trimmer out on a day when the snow had melted,, but I can't wait for Spring to use this on a regular basis. This trimmer is perfect and will keep my yard looking great!

I needed something that works well when weeding around my hosta. This was amazing. I was able to cut the weeds and grass down and not damage my plants. I will be using it around some small trees I want to keep. The battery lasts a long time. The only down fall was you have to pause a button in to activate the trigger. It is just a little hard at first but after using it a while I was able to maneuver it better. I would deffinetly recommend this.

Using the grass cutter attachment, I was able to quickly trim 3 spirea and 3 Mr. Bowling Ball arborvitae without messing up their round shape. Then I easily switched to the straight hedge trimmer attachment and quickly trimmed numerous boxwoods, sweet spires, euonymus, and tri-color dappled willows. The blades performed perfectly. The safety switch requires some getting used to because you have to engage it with your thumb while pressing the trigger with your other fingers in order to engage the blades. The batteries last a surprisingly long time. I only used one of the batteries for all of the trimming that I did over the course of about 45 minutes, and that battery could have continued going. When I plugged it in to recharge it, the battery was fully charged in under 6 minutes.Caution! Be careful how and where you store the blade attachments because they are VERY sharp. Great for trimming your landscaping; not so great for fingers.

Works as described. Has sufficient power for most lighter jobs around the yard. Good battery life. Worthwhile.

I was really looking forward to having a hedge trimmer that was battery operated instead of my corded hedge trimmer. This thing is a complete piece of junk. I think the blades are made out of old beer cans. The first time I used it, it was fine. After that, it wouldn’t cut, even the softest of plants. It can’t cut through the top stems of lavender! I don’t know how anyone could be happy with it. I guess if you are used to chewing your plants off with your teeth, it might be an improvement. I’m going back to the corded trimmer. This one is going in the trash.
