I love this tent - we camped in it all summer. It is incredibly easy to set up and take down. The rain fly works great. We used the tent through one lightly rainy weekend and our stuff remained dry unless it was pressing along the sides of the tent. I threw a tarp (not included) under it for peace of mind every time we camped. Fabric remains completely in tact after a summer of use and appears to be sturdy. I love the massive size of the tent. My partner and I camped with my brother and we fit a queen size air mattress and two cots in the tent with ease. I only have two qualms with the tent - the zipper (because of the fabric flaps over it and how they are on two different sides) and the stakes. Both very menial issues. Would recommend to anybody in the market for a large, quality tent.

I held off on this review, because when we went camping at the beach there was a couple of small cuts in the fly in the corners, looks like they were somehow damaged in the packing process. Anyhow, I contacted the company, sent them the pictures and told them what happened; no problem at all--got the replacement today. So for me that is 5-stars right there. It was hot (98+, 95% humidity) at the beach (Corpus Christie, TX in August) and as long as there was a faint breeze we were fine. The top is ALL netting (so you need a good fly), and we went through a heavy costal downpour and we were just fine and dry (a few drops coming through the little slits in the fly but I have that fixed now). We had to zip up the windows 80% on the side the rain was coming from, but not all the way. The fly somehow covered them a bit.I thought the zippers would leak, but they didn't. the little fabric "flashing" over them seemed to work fine. There is "pop-out" sides with mesh for under airflow, that worked great and didn't leak. We brought a mat to place at the opening and that worked great to keep dirt and rocks out, I recommend it. We bought a bunch of little solar lights on sale at Walmart to place around where the ropes were so we wouldn't trip--they were in the clearance isle; that worked great.Setup was quick, everyone on line said you should do it in your yard before you go; I didn't. Took me 15 min in the dark with a lantern trying to read the instructions; next time it will be 5 or less. It would have been less but I figured that with the wind off the beach I wanted it blowing on the short side, not the long side, so I rotated it. We bought these all-metal orange tent steaks (Amazon)--GREAT. With those this tent would go through a tropical storm. I had the metal ones with the green plastic top but why chance it, get the all metal ones for $2 more (ish). We brought 2 twin size inflatable mattresses (the nice tall ones that are fuzzy on top and are basically an inflatable bed). We (me and the wife) had lots of space to put our coolers (keep them out of the sun and away from critters), our bags, room to get dressed, room to move around in; perfect. In fact it was enough room and cool enough in the day (full sun) we ducked in the tent to get away from the sun and weren't hot -- south Texas in summer in the day! I think it came with a divider, but I like the view. At night with the windows rolled down, the material started to flap, but there is a built-in solution for that, the loop and pin to chinch up the excess material. My wife pointed that out as I started to complain...It is not a winter tent, but if you want airflow and easy up and room this is it. Honestly, if it had a little porch it would be perfect. But for the money, buy a porch.

The tent is excellent with very good ventilation which is a must in the Gulf to help prevent moisture build up in the mornings due to the early morning mist and the heat of the evening as we are in the desert! Also Happie Camper where excellent support in making sure my tent arrived even after I missed the courier on a couple of occasions when they tried to deliver. Totally my fault!
