This is only the 2nd dehydrator I've ever had, but I'm very happy with it. I've been dehydrating numerous times a week since I got it, with very little change in my electric bill (and that could very well be from overworking the a/c!). It's small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of room, easy to use/clean, and works very well. As a canner, this has opened up a whole new world to me as far as food preserving goes. If I ever order another, it will be an upgrade to a bigger Cosori with the fan in the back--but I don't anticipate that being any time soon!

I recently purchased these fruit leather trays for my dehydrator, and they’ve been fantastic! The trays fit perfectly and are easy to clean. They make the process of making fruit leather, purees, and even yogurt incredibly easy and mess-free. The material is non-stick, but I use a bit of olive oil anyway so the fruit leather peels off effortlessly once it’s dried.. Highly recommend these trays for anyone who loves making homemade snacks in their dehydrator!

We bought these to dehydrate eggs and they worked perfectly with our cosori dehydrator. They seemed kind of pricy for two pieces of plastic so we only bought one set of two. We may splurge for more so we can make more than two trays at a time but we'll wait for a deal. They seem to only work to dehydrate liquids, as intended I'm sure, but tested it out and it took me longer when we used them to dehydrate veggies versus using dehydrating screens. I'd use only for liquids most likely in the future.

The item should work alright .... However, the size stated 11.75" is the size of the Packaging. The size of the tray insert is 11" in diameter. The size of my trays are 12" in diameter. Debating on whether to send back and look for larger size inserts. Disappointing regarding the size discrepancy.

Bought these trays for leather however the leather is super hard to get out! I’ve tried when still warm and cold doesn’t matter the fruit just sticks super bad!!Disappointed!
