Easy to adjust replaces a duplicate purchased two years ago still had good color after going into the ocean many times.Only replaced felt our Doodle deserves a new color and look.

This collar is an excellent Martingale. It has a sturdy plastic snap that allows you to fit the collar around the dog's neck instead of sliding it over the dog's head. I have to say that my dog has a wide head (yes he is a fat headed Retriever) with a much narrower neck, so those collars that slide on would be too wide to fit well around his neck and they would not deter him from pulling. This collar solves that problem, it fits well and deters his pulling. In addition to being easily adjustable around the neck, the collar is well-made with excellent stitching and good heavy-duty metal hardware. And the red color is terrific. This heavy-duty collar exceeds my expectations. I would buy it again. Great job Country Brook Petz.

We've had this collar for about a month now. Heavy duty buckle, thick sturdy material does not get twisted and has so far held up to some pretty rough and tumble wrestling at the dog park. No fraying or tears, color still vibrant. Nice looking and seems like it will hold up well over time. We take him running with this and while he's not tried to get out of it, I think it would be pretty tough for him to do so unless the buckle failed, which it doesn't seem likely it will.

I haven't used this martingale collar very much yet as I just received it, and put it on my dog, about 2 weeks ago. So far, I like it. It doesn't feel flimsy at all, the buckle closure feels nice & tight when closed and it's withstood my dog's pulling. I have a regular martingale collar (no buckle closure) I replaced with the buckle closure one. I was happy with the regular martingale collar except for having to pull it over her head to take it off when I groomed her, so I'm so happy I found ones with buckle closures. I'm happy with this collar and the sellers, as the collar came pretty quickly.

I have a black lab puppy. This looks so good on him. The collar is very durable, and sturdy. Bigger than what I was expecting but it adjusted enough for him

We have a very active pup. I bought and returned three different dog collars. They were different brands but all martingale style. I really wish i would have tried County Brook brand first. I would have saved time, money ,and energy driving returns back to staples. ( amazon returns) It is your typical old fashioned plain simple martingale collar , that you will NEVER want to be without. If it can help tame our lil Crash , it can do anything 😉

I got this for a young mastiff. It’s strong and durable, it was a great price (the colour I chose was cheaper than other colours at only $15) it looks great, and works great. It has lots of room for growth, and came in a large enough size to fit, which can be hard to find with the big mastiff necks.Loved it so much that I got one for each of my other dogs as well.They look so nice on all of my dogs that I came back to buy one for a friend. But unfortunately there is now a shipping cost of $38. If the shipping was still included for the $15, I would definitely buy one for a friend.

Very good quality and colour, good value from a reputable brand. My dog fits Medium in nearly everything but the Medium collar starts at 17" (too large by an inch), so do what I ought to have done and measure your dog's neck or the length of their flat collar with a snug fit, to get the right size. Returns aren't worthwhile with this 16.00 collar because of the return delivery cost.
