I use these molds weekly when I make paneer. I mostly use the two square ones. One to hold the cheese and the other to put on top as I weigh it down with a jar of water to squeeze out excess whey. They are easy to clean, if you are using cheese cloth and work very well.

Update: Seller resent the entire kit. 5 thumbs upUsing cheese molds for years. Bought this kit because of the two smaller molds, and used the larger round one for the first time a few days ago for soft ricotta. Bottom broke immediately when i was trying to release the cheese out.

Have used these cheese maker molds a few times after receiving them. These molds work extremely well for someone like me who only makes small batches of ricotta cheese. They drain well and quickly, can be pressed by hand with a spatula without damaging the mold. They work for me!

I’m very bummed. I’ve had 3 mid size containers crack in the bottom. At first I thought it was a-random accident but now it appears that the plastic is not durable.Be aware and consider buying a better product.

Ich verwende die Körbchen jetzt ca 1/2 Jahr und für mich als Anfänger in der hobbiekäserei sind die Körbchen perfekt.Sie riechen nicht nach Plastik, sind stabil und lassen sich gut reinigen. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen da das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt!
