The cover fits perfectly and seems like it will hold up over time. It adds some protection but doesn't interfere at all with the buttons or make the screen hard to read. I'm careful with my detector, but sometimes things happen. These things are costly, it's good to have some extra protection on there just in case.

This is a perfect fit for the equinox 900. If anything was wrong then trust me I would write it in the review. This is a must have to keep the sand out the seems and to prevent scratches. Flashlight works fine with this cover

Very rugged and fits Minelab equinox 700 very nicely. It dose make it harder to use side buttons until you get used to using detector with it on.

This cover is made of great material, fits extremely snug, and every cut lines up perfectly. There is no play or wiggle room when installed. Only thing that could be improved is the fastener. Currently has Velcro which will wear down because it must be opened every time it needs to be charged.

I love this cover because it protects the keys and anytime you dig you’ll have sand or dirt on your hands and gloves and it gets into the keypad. The only downside that I found is that it causes a blur on the screen so it’s hard to read. But if you’re at the point where you don’t need to look at the screen, look for VDI then it’s an awesome product.

Well made, slipped on easily and fit snug. Tough materials, this will last the lifetime of my Minelab X-Terra Pro! Great little upgrade. Definitely recommend.

My husband bought this cover for his Equinox 900 and the cover fits perfectly. It'll keep mud and water off the screen and keep it clean.

Absolutely fantastic product! Not a flaw about it! Nothing!If you own an Equinox 700 / 900 & want to protect your investment...this is a must have. No brainer!Absolutely easy to turn on the Equinox metal detector with this control pod cover on. Absolutely easy to operate the controls on the control pod. A bit pricey but worth every penny!
