I bought this as a replacement for our old herb mincer, which had fallen down to the bottom of the dishwasher and melted. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the materials used in making this. The functionality is excellent as well. I'm glad my older mincer needed replacing so now I can use this one. The green and white colors are fresh and pretty, and the device is easy to take apart and clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Great for mincing herbs for big cooking projects.

It's smaller than I'd like to grip. These blades are no joke and I'd like to have more to securely grip.

Nothing better then picking fresh herbs right from my garden! But cutting up my herbs perfetly hasn't always been so fun. The crisp herb mincer has made cutting up my herbs much easier and it's super quick. Never thought chopping herbs would be fun, really! I absolutely love it, best herb chopper I've ever used!

Removing the plastic cover to clean the blades is a bit trick and slightly dangerous. The top doesn't come off very easily, and those blades can be sharp. It works fine but it would be more helpful to be easier to clean.

When I need to chop herbs I use this and let me tell you............... I lay the herbs on the cutting board and just roll over them a couple of times and you're DONE! easy. Buy this immediately :-D
