Works great on my ram 3500 with eaz-lift hitch. I installed this on my Ram 3500 along with a Eaz-Lift 48058 weight distribution hitch. The original shank was not tall enough and I was not able to level the trailer when towing it. With this I was able to make it ride perfect! Something to keep in mind is the fact that you are lowering the ball more than the standard hitch so you may need to extend the chains and or electrical wiring. My 2016 Jayco trailer had a long enough electrical cord but I had to extend the chains to clear and reach the tow vehicle. It does stick the trailer a little farther back than the original shank but in my opinion, it is great and allows more room to lower the tailgate when hooked up.

Exactly what I needed, unfortunately very heavy and does not do well with shipping, box heavily damaged because item was not secured in the box. Would recommend, but would not recommend having shipped.

This works for stock lift stock tire size at4. Needed to drop the WDH further than the shank that comes in the box. This will work for a 20’ at4 1500 sierra.

Had a custom rear bumper installed with a built-in receiver tube on my 1995 Ford F250 PowerStroke. The receiver tube is now almost 2" higher than my old set-up and I was max'd out in the "drop" of the stock shank that came with kit 17222. I ordered shank 17120, now my 1987 Avion sits level again while towing. Simple, HEAVY design. Recommend highly. I have nothing but the highest praise for Curt. They have fantastic products, and exceptional product support!Received in 2 days!

Exactly what was needed to lower our travel trailers nose a tad. Was up a bit too much after adding a lift kit to 2018 Chevy Silverado LTZ 4x4 Mid Nite editon truck. Exactly as described. Perfect fit. Great price!! Name brand product. Would buy again.

Could not level our travel trailer behind our f-350 with the hitch that came with our curt equalizer hitch. (Would not go low enough) the extra few holes on this product allowed us to get the drop we needed. The extra length now lets us open the tailgate on the truck fully while hitched up to our trailer. Big bonus!

I got the drop I needed for the load leveler hitch. The shank supplied with the hitch from most manufacturers is just too short for todays trucks. What is the point of a leveler hitch if the trailer doesn't end up level which is what happens with the shank that is supplied. All good now.
