I've been using these hanging bags for years in all my closets and even in my vehicle during a particularly wet winter and spring. They add a nice freshness to the air and really help keep some of the moisture down in the enclosed spaces.

The area I live is very wet, so I have these in every room of my home. They lasts longer in the summer as the weather is dryer. I prefer the odorless ones, but the scented ones are nice for the closet.

Only one of the pouches broke over all the 15+ yrs I've used them, to control dampness in closets (moths). But you can still smell the medicinal quality of the liquid, even if you use the lavender scent

I have a small apartment with few windows. The apartment seems to retain heat and moisture but thanks to Damp Rid I have eliminated the moisture. And I love the lavender vanilla scent . I have one gaming in the bedroom , the closets and the bathroom . Not only does it eliminate the moisture and mildew it also leave a beautiful fresh scent .
