This tutu is a little on the short side if you are taller like I am (5'8"). I'm on the upper end of the size measurements listed for waist and it is quite snug and a little difficult to pull on. With that said, it is a nice bright pink color and the tulle is well attached to the elastic waistband. It's not quite as full as I thought but is still quite nice.

I got this tutu for Mardi Gras. I will be participating in the events. The tutu is definitely what I needed. It has the Mardi Gras colors. It fis really good and stretchy waist. The value of money is definitely worth.
