I bought these for adult Halloween costumes and they were perfect! They stretch for different shapes and sizes and were good quality!

It is a good quality skirt but even while wearing shorts or leggings underneath it I could see through it and very clearly see my thighs, wearing pants under it did not really do much. Personally, I found it to be too see-through for my liking, but it is a good skirt aside from that.
