We originally purchased this skirt for halloween but it worked great for the Eras Tour movie as well. After reading the reviews I purchased the XXL for my daughter who generally wears an XL. In our opinion it runs a bit small so it might be a good idea to buy one size up. However, the waistband does have a good deal of stretch.My daughter is pretty short at 5'1 so I assumed the length was going to be a bit of an issue. The tulle was very long and laid like a train.....nothing some scissors couldn't easily fix. The fairy lights do not extend to the bottom of the back of the skirt so trimming it wasn't an issue. The actual skirt at the top is rather short so just be aware of that as well. The top tulle has a good amount of layering and fluff so the skirt is nice and fluffy! The tulle is also on the soft side and didn't itch my daughter at all.The lights are adorable and are better in person than they photograph. She got a tun of compliments! There is a battery pack in the back that requires 3 AA batteries and has a pocket it sits in so you aren't stuck trying to tuck it into your waistband.Overall a good buy and would recommend!

This skirt is awesome and I got so many compliments when wearing it. The only thing I would warn people about, I wear size small to medium and bought a large and it fits great! Don't be afraid to by if you are small because it would likely fit but if you are a fuller woman, go with the extra large but be aware it may still not fit. The other great thing about this skirt is it does take normal size batteries to if the batteries die, easy to replace and not expensive. I plan on getting the black one now for sure. It was a little long and since I wore it to work, I did have to trim the length a little but it broke my heart to do so, because I wouldn't normally have minded it dragging a little. I am 5 foot 4.

The star of our New Year outfit competition and I won! Beautiful and elegant but did not break the bank! Wish it was shorter. I have to trim quite a lot to fit my height.

I did absolutely love this however, it’s very long. I’m 5’8 and I had to roll it a couple times to not drag the ground and be stepped on.

I bought this for trick or treating with my daughter. It was great so that she always saw me and it helped light where we were walking. I received a lot of compliments on it from many of the houses we stopped at. Great buy!

The skirt looked good but the lights wouldn't stay on unless you held the battery pack the whole time. Returned.
