Clutch cable has no ball stud on it , hardware was wrong, Adjustable cable bracket requires modification to firewall to fit and lock in position. Quadrant was the best part ,but it didn't matter because the cable doesn't fit right to begin with. You are better off getting the one from ford motorsport. But I guess you get what you pay for , Right? Cheap Knock off crap, Belongs on Wish !

Everything was fine after installing. The cable it self was too short so i had to route it through the steering linkage area. Adjustments were perfect too. But a week later it snapped the inner cable directly at the connection where the new quadrant is. Dont buy it is not quality…broke in a week plus it barely fit

Lousy fit, no installation instructions, cant adjust your way out of the length issue without seriously damaging the cable. Wouldn't work on my 1999 Mustang GT , 4.6 w/5speed .

I got this for a 2000 mustang GT with a King Cobra clutch already installed. I was worried when I laid the new cable beside my old cable and saw it was 6-8" shorter than the OEM and the mounting bracket was not on the same spot of the cable and the bracket was longer than the stock one. I had to use a self tapper to mount the bracket since it was about 2" off from the original screw mount. The cable ends fit perfectly but only after I was about to give up and return it because it wouldn't fit. It came with no instructions but I watched a YouTube video that showed you have to remove a rubber piece from the firewall end of the cable and then file 4 little plastic barbs off. Then the cable will fit into the firewall adjuster and it was a perfect with quadrant and clutch fork. Firewall adjuster is good design that clicks as you spin it so you can go in increments and has a set screw to keep it in place. No it's not the quality of a Steeda kit, but it is 1/3 of the price. You get what you pay for. It did fit, and for what it costs I feel its a great value. If you can find installation instructions, I would recommend this product.

I bought this for my manual swap, well 3 weeks later the cable frayed itself and I was not able to push the clutch in. Therefore left me stranded on the side of the road. Keep in mind I only drove my car on weekends so 6 days it adds up too, spend the extra money on a better cable.
