i was needed a computer on a budget and i bought this one for my birthday. first off its REALLY good and i had a very quick time setting it up. the speed of the actual computer is really good it doesnt lag or act slow for me which is the entire reason i needed a new computer cause my other one was slow. ive downloaded things like steam on it and such and downloaded games through steam and they work perfectly as well as websites. the only downsides this computer has is while im playing the screen goes black for 2-3 seconds then comes back on and this is a normal occourance sometimes it startles me but for the price of the computer its something i dont really mind. it also has some numbers and letters burned into the screen but i swear its not noticible unless you look. i also had to use rubbing alcohol to get rid of the small sticker they put on the screen which was a painful process but it only took like 5 minutes or 10. the speakers work, the tower works, everything. you can adjust the speakers volume using the little turn knob and it has worked exceptionally. overall id say its perfect besides the screen blackening for no reason periodically.

I called several times about the monitor. It was not at all like the one pictured that I thought I bought. There was tape stuck to the monitor screen and red ink numbers inside the screen that showed when monitor was on. They could care less. I kept thinking they would come up with a plan to help solve the problem. After several weeks with no contact, I returned the whole computer. I will never do business with them again.

Has to order another drive tray just to get the rubber mounting bolts for a second 2.5" drive. Also had to get a PE power cable splitter for the additional drives. Not expensive but delayed my use. No serial number or original paperwork. However, the price was fine.

Not bad for a refurbished computer. Extremely fast and the screen is great. Keyboard and mouse very cheap. Worth the money for a refurbished computer.
