System arrived and worked perfectly out of the box. BIOS was easy to navigate and installing Proxmox was easy. This box has now been running as a Home Assistant server along with a few other virtual machines and containers for more than a month with no issues. Great power for cheap money and a small form factor.The only issue was that the peripherals they sent (I wasn't expecting any, so it didn't lower my score) were the junkiest I have ever seen. The keyboard reeked of some kind of chemical smell, and the mouse wasn't much better. Unfortunately, these ended up in the trash almost instantly. I wish they wouldn't have sent them.

The power supply shipped with the computer is wrong for this computer. It requires a 90W Dell power supply but was shipped with a 65W power supply. If anyone had tested this with the power supply shipped with it, they would have seen that warning immediately on boot up. It booted up once and then after a reboot it no longer sees a boot device. This is not functional. I will try to return it. I will not be buying another one.

I had a couple of very specific applications for computers this small. These units did exactly what I needed! Enough power to run Win 11 without any lag - general purpose. The CPUs are the "T" versions that are a little less powerful. So these units are NOT for bleeding edge applications like 3D CAD, etc. But they do handle Teams Video without any trouble at all. I have one as a multi-user setup for a shared meeting room. Works like a charm - no complaints from the users. I'd buy these again. :)

I expected a bigger CPU. Is small and good. The only cons are the wi fi could be better(I bought a separate WiFi to make it faster.). And the fan is noisy sometimes. For the price it’s good.

Update - Lesson learned: if something isn’t right, it’s a lot quicker to just swap entire device through Amazon vs dealing with vendor. The vendor did send a replacement power supply (took over a week) and now all is good.The good:Arrived timely.Packed very well.Clean and like new condition.Included power supply, wireless keyboard and mouse + wifi antennae and DisplayPort-to-hdmi adapter.The bad:So far it’s been very sluggish performance (and I’m not playing games). An Intel I7 should be snappy fast. Bootup shows AC power alert. The system is being throttled even though the power supply is 130w.This issue has since been fixed with replacement power supply.

We use these PC's for our medical and dental clients. The nice factor is the micro form factor that can be installed behind the desktop monitor on the desk or on a monitor wall mount. Eliminating the need for floor space or desk space. The performance of the PC is outstanding. They support dual monitors with 2 display ports, has plenty of usb ports in the front and back of the device. Easy access for upgrades and simply delivers the performance for the office workspace. I don't recommend to use the PC as a gaming PC. But for the office space I highly recommend.

Slower then expected because they are shipping with a power supply that is for a slower computer. The power supply shipped is for a lower end unit not the one that they sold me. i'm going to reach out to them to see if they'll send me the 130 W power supply. The product that was sold at manufacturer specifications and advertised with manufacturers frequencies and speeds does not match the capability of the system I received the system I received the system I received is Handicapped because the power that it needs to perform will not be available. If they did this on purpose this was to save/make $50. Please be aware that the computer will still run it just won't run at the speed they advertised it as when they sold it.

Can't power device with this supply.This device is useless without a supply powerful enough to run the machine.I can't even boot properly with the power supply included.We bought 2 items. One came with a good power supply, one did not.SO ANGRY!!!

No cuenta con Wifi ni teclado ni mouse de marca Dell y llegó con accesorios genericos. Después de superar los 90 dÃas de prueba, ha funcionado al 100 %.
