This is a scam! The soil provided is rotten, I was so excited when my plants started to sprout. However the soil molded and killed all my sprouts. No, I didn’t over-water. Read the rest of the reviews, it happened to all of us who used the soil.

I have never tried these kits before, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they began to sprout. I will say I did have to redo a couple of them, and I decided to use normal soil as the dehydrated soil tabs had a terrible odor

Wanted this to work. Either the seeds were old and/or not stored well, or the "soil" (Coco coir) just didn't have the nutrients needed.Some seeds sprouted and immediately died a couple days later. Others sprouted and stayed tiny sprouts for weeks not growing. About 1/3 never sprouted at all. I didn't get a single herb worth using.The little pots with labels are simple, plastic, but nice and convenient, so I might reuse with real soil and seeds. But this whole kit just isn't the solution.

Some of the herbs sprouted, and some didn’t. The ones that lived didn’t live very long. I never actually got to taste any of them because they didn’t live to harvest time. The soil substitute was weird. The pots were cute, though.

So it's been a while since I did a product review on here, but I thought it was worth the time to make one for this garden kit. Instruction booklet could walk an absolute newbie through the steps to cultivate their herbs and even teaches you a little about each one. I'm curious to see how the kelp mix aids in the process, as I've never used it before. The pots are pretty bland in style and color, bit that takes nothing away from the look since they all have a good construction and have a present ambiance to them. I just got done planting and will provide updated photos at a later time. TLDR: Absolutely worth the price and I'd recommend for anyone from a complete beginner or a seasoned veteran. Disregard the fact that only half of them have the provided sticker labels. I thought they weren't included but were, in fact still in the box. That's on me.

Bought this for my Mother for Mother's Day and honestly I am rather embarrassed that I did. First of all the photos are kind of misleading. The quality of the pots that I received did not seem to match up with those depicted by the seller. I could have gotten better pots cheaper at the dollar store. This would have been forgivable if it weren't for the fact that not a single seed of any of the various herbs even thought about growing. I regret this purchase each time I see it.
