Material
DERNORD 3-way ball valve with PTFE (Teflon) seats & seals is made of stainless steel 304. It offers excellent corrosion resistance for most applications. Heavy duty handle with blue vinyl insulation.
360°
The handle of DERNORD 3-way ball valve can be rotated 360 °. Any two or three ways can be connected.
Working Pressure
Available in both Wog200 and Wog1000. Wog200 are considered ideal for most general applications. Wog1000 are for high pressure and industrial applications where of the valve are preferred.
Serviceable & Durable Valve
This DERNORD stainless steel ball valve can be taken apart via threads, it makes ball valves easy to clean. These ball valves are fitted with tight seals to ensure no leakage and a long lasting seal after many years of frequent usage.
Application
Stainless steel & PTFE work well in applications including but not limited to water, oil, gas/air, light alkali's , biodiesel, fuels and alcohols. This ball valve can be used in petroleum, chemical, electricity, household, construction, etc.

These are an item I have wanted for many years but no one made them so I had to make my own out of a pair of single units and tee’s. These make the plumbing much more compact and straightforward. The quality appears to be very good though that will take years to determine.The only downside is the “mounting flange†which is similar to ones on other vendors valves and which I have never figured out how you’re supposed to use.

This diverter valve will be used to divert fresh water between tanks on a sailboat. It takes a little pressure to move the handle which indicates to me that the seals are sufficient for the minimal system pressure that this device will be subjected too (60 PSI). I purchased stainless steal hose barb fittings so that I can just cut it into the existing water line. I note that the threads seem to be slightly off between the fittings and the diverter valve and will probably require something more than just a Teflon tape seal - probably a paste sealant over multiple wraps of Teflon. I have noticed this issue on previous purchases of foreign made threaded parts where NPT threads are not cut quite right. That said, I am quite sure that I can get an adequate seal to eliminate leakage for my low pressure application.

what this valve does, is allow a source to be directed to two different locations. i use this to run water to different areas of my drip irrigation projects.it is a quality valve, and i anticipate it will out last me.

Valve schematic shown on Amazon website is accurate and depicts the 4 positions for the valve handle. The valve can be operated either as a bypass valve or a selection valve with the center tap being common to either of the two legs. Valve material is slightly magnetic and carries the designation CF8M and 1000WOG. CF8M is the material designation for cast 304SS with small additions (2-3%) of Moly to improve corrosion resistance to chloride containing fluids ie seawater. 1000WOG indicates a valve which can be used for Water Oil or Gas not to exceed 1000psi. If there is any negative, it is that the three bosses provided parallel to the valve handle need to be drilled and tapped to panel mount the valve. Great price for the quality
