I was impressed. I was reluctant to put any thing on my $$$ Taylor guitar.. But I researched this product and it did a fantastic job !!!

It works like it should. The only issue was a bottle was bent in a little and will not go back to form. This does not affect the product or how it works. The bottle just doesn't look as good as it should. Who cares? Nobody watches me clean and restring my guitars except the dog, and he doesn't care how it looks.It smells great. I use it every time I restring a guitar.

Which end of the black thing gets the oil? I picked the white end, but I really think the instructions are weak for the use of the tools included. For example the directions say that some string cleaners recommend leaving the cleaner on the string....Well what does your product recommend since that is what I bought? Is the brush for cleaning between the strings? Couldn't you at least make a video demonstrating how your product is best used. There was no guitar stringer in my kit so I purchased a separate one.
