I used this along with an angle grinder to sharpen my lawn mower blades. It did a great job and I did not notice any damage to the disc after the job was done. I anticipate being able to reuse this disc for many more blade sharpenings. It was able to successfully sharpen the blade and I knew it was working from all the sparks that were generated at the time. I think this is a great value.

I've used several of these (60 grit and others) for grinding welds, deburring, chamfering and similar tasks. These are pretty good - they cut quickly, leave a decent finish, and last a while.That being said, I prefer the Walter 15W456 - they cut a bit more quickly and you can "trim" them when they're used up to get a bit more life out of them.

These are high quality flap disks. I used to buy the cheap China made flap disks and went through them very quickly. These last much longer and provide a more consistent grind - I mostly ust them to sharpen mower blades. So while more expensive since they last so much longer they are less expensive in the longrun. Highly recomended!

Purchased a 40 and 80 grit for a fiber glass repair on my boat. Quickly realized how versatile they are. Used to sharpen mower blades, sand wood and fiberglass, and for rust removal. These are much faster and thorough than wire brushes for rust and paint removal..not to mention safer. Were also almost half the price of Lowes and Home Depot. I use air and a stainless brush to clean. Highly recommend.

The flap disc threaded onto my DeWalt angle grinder perfectly. It sharpened a long neglected axe, a hatchet and a lawnmower blade. It worked quickly on all products and the sandpaper on the disc remains intact for another use. Will buy again when this one wears out.
