This is a smooth working SWR / Power meter. It has a large viewing area and measures both forward and reverse power. I have no regrets buying it.

Meter needle sticks. I used 5 watts and needle went slowly to 3, 3.5, then to 4. I tapped lightly on case and it went closer to 5. Let go, of the microphone and it never went back to zero. Had to tap meter case to get it back down. I got close to zero but never zero. I tried 10-20 watt read with Kenwood TM-V71a and it did same. I tried 200 watt range on Yaesu FT-2980 and saw 55 watts and tapping got to maybe 60 to 65 ish Watts. Goofy readings. I thought Diamond was a good brand like Diawa.

Multi-function, small and I mean small footprint, mostly used for SWR while messing with antennas and checking amplifier output.

Well built solid meter. It reads slightly different than my trusted Yaesu YS-500, that was only reason for 4 out of 5 on accuracy, then again, Yaesu could be off.

I was alarmed when I saw the 45% over priced item charged, then I also found item malfunctioning and would not calibrate to properly zero on SWR measurements both forward and reflected calibration, PEP and average power readings were way-off, would not adjust and produced a lot of artifacts while connected to tests in-line transmission at UHF settings in 490.700 frequencies. defective item, sending back returning despite being charged back for return handling ???? would not recomend, took forever to arrive!
