2) Pre-twisting unnecessary, hold stripped wires togetherwith ends even.Lead stranded wires slightly.
3) Align any frayed strands or conductors.Push wires into connector and screw on until two twistsare visible in wires

Exactly what they say. Ceramic wire nuts for splicing wires that are in a hot environment like a range, furnace etc. make sure u get silicone (hot temp) wire too!I just really wish Amazon would stop taking a week to get things! A few miles closer to town and they get their stuff 4 days earlier! Not right to charge us so much when we don’t get the same service!
