I mounted this holder on the front of an 2004.5 Polaris Sportsman 500HO ATV and is the best place to carry an ice auger. The holder clamps down the auger real well (is adjustable) and has a plate welded to the holder that keeps the auger from moving. Very pleased Highly recommend.

The product is not wide enough to attach with the Polaris mounting brackets. In this aspect it is a total failure.

Great product for the $ and easy to install with the hardware provided. Held my 10” auger perfectly over rough terrain with only the one clamp. Even worked well transporting gaffs and spears

Any time you need to drill holes to mount something per instructions it's a poor design or the company is just being cheap one size fits all..
