  • SPEED MODE SETTING

Step 1: Long press and hold the (SET) key, the screen will show 01, 02, 03, 04 in turn; (screen 01, 02, 03, show the speed mode corresponding to various engine strokes respectively) factory default value is 02 speed mode.

Step 2: Finger release the button will display data flashing for 3 to 5 seconds to stop after confirming the start of the RPM mode, you can measure.

  • HOW TO SHUTDOWN

Step1 : Press and hold the (SET) key, the screen will display 01, 02, 03, 04 in sequence;

Step2: After the screen displays 04 when flashing for 3 to 5 seconds to stop;

Step3: Confirm to start the system reset mode, press and hold the (MODE) key and (SET) key at the same time until the full screen display (The recorded working time and speed，the data is cleared to zero).

Press and hold the (MODE) key to view the historical high RPM data.

I ordered this for reading the RPM on my Model A. It seems to work fairly well. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but for the price and the ease of use, it's a winner in my book. It's definitely a go-to piece on my workbench!

It does the job but has a slow reaction time. Still good to adjust fuel and air ratio on carbs for 2 or 4 cycle.

Thing works great, very stable for me. Clamp is very convenient to take on/off use where needed. Used it to set the idle on atv.

Tachometer reads fine at low rpm but In high rpm between 7000 to 11000rpm doesn't record correctly.

Bought this for chainsaw high speed jet. Setting 1 is for 2 stroke and setting 2 is for four stroke. My rpm’s were about half of what they were suppose to be for a 2 stroke. Had to check it on setting 2 for a four stroke. Hopefully it’s accurate on that setting?
