The bubbles won't affect your operation and waterproof of housing. It could be appear under a certain pressure , or after operation in diving. It is a few air dissolved into liquid during the production. In some situation, it could dissolve again back to the liquid if you go to low altitude area.

How to use the expansion clamp

[Smartphone Function] Why is it suggested to remove the smartphone screen protector film before we put the phone in?

There is a thickness of the membrane itself, with the thickness of the screen protector, the sensitivity of the touchscreen could be lost. the thin plastic screen protector might cause a problem of phone stuck in the housing.
[After-sales] My smartphone screen was off underwater and I couldn’t turn it on again.

Please check if the smartphone function is well setup according to the guideline, such as turn on Raise to Wake on iPhone or turn off Mistouch Prevention on Android phones.
[AFTER-SALES] IS THE AIR BUBBLE IN THE MEMBRANE A QUALITY DEFECT?

The bubble won't affect your operation and waterproof of the housing. It could be appear on the plane or high altitude area ,or after operation in diving. In some situation, it could dissolve back to the liquid if you go to low altitude area.
[Housing Function] If I change a new phone later, can it still work in this housing?

One of the feature of SeaTouch 4 MAX housing is its modular adaptor for different smartphone. With different adaptor, the housing is universal for a various number of phone model. Users just need to buy a new adaptor to fit in with the new phone.
[Housing Function] Can it be operated when I wear gloves?

It is operable while wearing wet suit gloves underwater. However, due to most of the dry suit gloves made by insulating material, it has to be a conductive cot on the glove to operate by touchscreen.

Its fantastic touching your phone underwater and it protects my phone while i was scuba diving at Philippines. The only problem of mine is that the adapter comes with the package is for iPhone and you have to email the company for them to ship my adapter.Recommend this phone case

Used an iPhone 12 max pro and the phone fit perfectly. Used it several times in the ABC islands. Phone always completely dry after. Pictures bland video were excellent. High quality excellent product.

Generally easy to use though the touch screen was a little finicky at depth. Purple filter was a bad idea to use. Not sure why it is included. Red filter worked great for color balance with iPhone 13 pro even at 100 ft

Best alternative for underwater photos vs. buying a very expensive underwater camera. I've had something similar but not with this quality! Love it, the simplicity of the housing unit is awesome. I never worried about seals breaking down or housing components because of how it's designed it takes those risks out. Follow manufacture for cleaning/storing instructions and you won't have a problem. Hard side case with foam cut out to accommodate the components makes transporting/traveling with it a breeze.
