A perennial favorite among music lovers, the Djembe drum, has become very popular in the Western music world. Played with with bare hands slapping the goat skin drum head, it produces a rich, vibrant, resonating sound. Handcarved from a single piece of local hardwood and enhanced with a traditional painted design, this drum is sure to please any music lover.

We carry an assortment of these drums and since each piece is handpainted, designs and color of the trbal motif may vary. The drum you receive may differ from the picture.

Our daughter asked for a Tiki drum for Christmas. But she asked that it be brightly colored. This drum is so beautiful in real life. It's the perfect size for her to carry around and is really sturdy. Highly recommend!

Read good before you order because I ordered a 9 inch one-When I was actually trying to order a big one honestly I didn’t know it came in sizes so that’s on me but It’s pretty good my daughter likes it probably going to get a bigger one around Christmas for her-

I’m not sure it’s a good value for the money, but it is a cute drum and I have decided not to return it although that was a consideration.

Once I learned the proper methods for creating the best sound this drum is perfect for me . Several of us in our drum circle have purchased this drum in various sizes

I got a nice "little" present in the mail. Believe me, I have to say that I'm a little disappointed. The drum in the picture looks bigger then the actual measurements that are provided. It's a wonderful drum and sounds very nice, don't get me wrong. But put an actual picture of the size your getting when ordering.

Was small, but a beautiful drum. My son still plays it. Hand crafted, sturdy and well worth the money.

It came with slight damage, and wasn't packaged how I would of sent it, but it's still wicked neat.
