I was shocked how well made this item is. My dogs have large "couch" beds and the filling inside was so stinky it needed replaced but not the whole bed. This liner is much nicer then the liner that came with the couch bed and if you find the filling on sale (memory foam) it is less expensive then buying the whole bed again. Plus it's better quality filling then the beds you purchase. I can also buy more filling then the what the bed came with making the bed more full and cozy, and this liner is removeable and washable where as the liner that came with my dog bed is not. My dogs love it!

The pockets on the inside keep the bed from getting all bunched up on one side. Keeps the filling relatively evenly distributed. It’s well made. No issues.

This seems like a good idea but once I had the cover I wasn't sure what I would stuff it with. By the time you found something to cut up and stuff it with I think you could have just as easily bought a whole bed. I also do not believe that cut up pieces of foam are going to be as comfortable as a regular dog bed.
