It does exactly what it's intended. If you need a seat cushion for around the kitchen/dining room table this is very convenient to use. It also seems to support multiple issues depending on what your specific problem is. And overall it's supportive, comfortable, and feels like it's made with quality.

My tailbone pain (Coccyx) pain is almost unbearable. I ordered this donut and it works perfectly to take the pressure off my tailbone. I can now sit peacefully. Quality feel, memory foam consistency. You'll appreciate this one! -KK

It conforms to my body shape but still provides firm support, it doesn’t flatten out like a cheaper cushion. The shape cut out helps relieve pain on the coccyx. I use it in my car, in the office and even on the couch. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. Within a few days I noticed a significant reduction in tailbone discomfort

I bought this because I knew I was having surgery that would affect me being able to sit normally and directly on my lady bits (due to stitches in the healing area). I also do occasionally struggle with hemorrhoids too, so I figured hey added value. This donut was a godsend for me being able to ride in the car again post-surgery. I tried it without when I was about 1.5 weeks post surgery and my gosh was that a bad idea. Trying it again with the donut made it perfectly tolerable. This takes the pressure off that area and allows me to sit normally. Then, as I've had to return to work and need to sit in an office chair all day, this has allowed me to do that with I'd say a good amount of comfort. I've also been able to successfully return to driving a car too. My only warning is, if you plan to use this in a car, beware the height of your roof! My car is a littler sports car with a low roof, so when I sit on this donut, my head is literally right up against the roof, making it a little awkward. You will probably have to adjust your desk chair to accommodate for how much taller you will sit, too (I did). Overall, awesome product. The material is very nice, very well-made, and I think the sizing is right for my body (I don't know how I would tell if it wasn't). It's very thick and would probably stand up to someone of a higher weight (I'm a 130 lb woman). My husband tried it once and said it felt good to him too. Honestly I'm so grateful for this product during my healing phase. Down the road if my h's flare up, I will pull this out! I will also plan to use it preventively for when I'm on a long road trip to avoid any issues cropping up.

It is a good size, good shape and works well. I use in my office chair and on the road. I had an injury to tailbone, and this helps quite a bit with protecting the weight on that area.I was surprised by how sturdy/firm this was! It could be a bit thicker, but it works well enough.

Purchased for office chair for when I work remote. Very comfortable thick foam. Helping with pain relief in my shoulders by making my posture better. I also appreciated the removal cover. Great product for the price.
