Not sure why it is listed that it doesn't fit my 2009 Dodge Journey. Used the Autozone Website to verify it was right. Came with both Gaskets, and new bolts for all the connections. Car is running good again. I recommend verifying with another parts supplier to make sure what is the right part for your car.

I installed this new EGR valve earlier this year in February. It is now September and I have the same engine code indicating that the EGR valve has failed. It lasted 7 months and 3,000 miles. Spend the extra money on a better quality valve.

Have it installed in my 2010 VW Route, have scanned my van for codes afterwards and the evap system codes related to EGR were gone even without having to erase them.. and since the it's working great . It's good value for the money.

I kept getting a check engine light for EGR and was having the vehicle randomly shut off while driving. Replacing this seemed to fix the issue!

The EGR valve fits perfectly and I can tell a difference when idling and gas consumption. The package arrived nicely packed with all hardware and gaskets kits. I sprayed the bolts down with PB penetration spray and let it soak while I cut my yard. Then the bolts came out easy with a cheater bar but no real resistance, the new valve mounted perfectly. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey. Oh and the price is way cheaper than the auto parts store.

2008 grand caravan 4.0, Had this on for about 1 month then my van would randomly die at low speeds or when coming to a stop. I was chasing this issue for about 1 month with no check engine codes to go off. Finally today I simply unplugged the egr electric connection and my van runs better and hasn't died yet. I am past my return window so pretty much stuck with it. Only thing it would be good for now is to pass smog since it doesn't turn on the check engine light. Will be installing my old one back on later this evening. Two thumbs down.

I purchased this in December of 2017. Worked like a charm for my 2010 4.0L Dodge Grand Caravan to resolved insufficient EGR flow error code P0401.In February 2018 it failed, however through manufacturers warranty, they worked Amazon's Automotive replacement parts folks, it was replaced with no issue and again resolved my problem.In September 2018 the part has failed again. Issue: Check Engine Light with code indicating EGR Valve defective/bad reading.Update: Well I take back my review.! After about month of operation (shortly after I wrote the below review), it failed.. threw up the check engine light once again. Had it checked by certified mechanic at garage and he confirmed that the EGR valve was defective and activating Check Engine light!Old Review:Received unit very promptly and well packaged. Installation is fairly simple.. as long as you can stretch a bit since it`s in a tight area of the engine compartment. Removal of old and installation of new unit took all of 30 minutes (taking my time). Once installed, started vehicle and engine code was no longer visible. Connected Code Reader and all is clear! Installed it approx. a month ago and still going strong.
