Worked and fit as advertised. This seal is a pain to install as you have to work almost blindly behind the engine.The real question is if it will last as long as OEM is unknown.

Fixed the common R18A1 leak. Haven’t had any more oil seeming out after replacing the old gasket that was as hard as a rock.Honda discontinued the original gasket, and I did not want to buy some no-name branded gasket, and luckily Dorman made a replacement.Hopefully this will last for a while.

Perfect replacement for the OEM worn out gasket, fixed my oil leak and very easy to install. Would recommend for anyone with an 06-11 1.8L civic
