This is nice for walking 2 dogs at once. The straps are good quality and very strong. It has heavy duty snaps for connecting to the dog's collars. The ring where you attach your main leash is welded and should never come apart.I would recommend this to everyone who wants to walk 2 dogs at the same time. This is handy for taking a well leash trained dog and teaching one who is not as well trained, how to behave while on leash. ðŸ‘

Being able to walk both dogs with one leash is truly amazing. It doesn’t feel cheap or thin, and really like the locking feature on the buckles.

I love how this double leash keeps the dogs from getting tangled up on walks. However, the hardest part is that most dogs like to go in different sniffing directions. So, I sometimes have one dog yank the other over to their side, and that does not make for the most calm dog business outdoors. It is high quality, and I love how it has these extra secure hooks so I can walk them without worrying.

After only 3 uses, the locking mechanism on the carabiner clip failed and one of my dogs got loose. For you and your dogs safety, stay away from sketchy carabiner clips and use bolt snap clips only.

Just received this product the other day. I have 2 large dogs, one is still a puppy, and I needed this lease so they wouldn’t get tangled up like they have so much in the past. This product worked great! The girls still had slack in between them so they weren’t pulling each other all over the place and were completely calm about being tied together. They did change up their positions on the walk but thanks to the attachment that spins they did not get tangled up at all! Very happy with my purchase, because it took me along time to decide on which one I would get. Highly recommend this product!

Better than the usual clasp--the two ends hook into each other, and the barrel-shaped piece slides over the closure to keep it together no matter how the puppies wiggle. I've only had it a day and used it twice so far, but it's a great improvement in function over what I had before. Now we'll see how well it lasts. The other product I had before only made it through about six weeks of daily use. I'll update when I see how durable this is. The only thing I'd change: I wish the middle ring were on a swivel as well--these dogs dance around each other and tangle each other (and me) in the leashes like real pros. -- UPDATE: 9mo 2 weeks and it's still five stars. My dogs are heavy chewers, destroy all dog toys, but have not destroyed this. And it works like a charm; they can walk, run, and play side by side, and they never get into a tangle they can't get right out of again. I'm very pleased to recommend this item. -- UPDATE: after a year and 10 months of daily use and chewing, they finally managed to destroy it. They chewed and pulled through the fabric; the hardware is still in very good shape. I'm ordering again--this is the best leash splitter I've ever had, and I'm happy to recommend it. And oh! look! they've taken my suggestion, and now the middle part is a swivel joint as well!
