I ordered this ice bucket for my husband’s new bar and it is great! It has a great weight, nice satin sheen. It comes with a metal scoop and tongs for the ice. It also includes an ice colander to drain water from the ice. Great quality and price!

This ice bucket is small, as advertised, but it is exactly what I wanted. It came early and was properly wrapped and boxed. The ice bucket is beautiful, has a mirror-like finish. It came with everything as shown and is actually nicer than pictured. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And a shout out to Amazon; they have everything a person could want. Their delivery is quick and their returns hassle free. Why shop anywhere else!

I was skeptical of this ice bucket as no one has reviewed it, and because one of the advertised pictures showed condensation. I think that pic should be removed truthfully. I didn't want to buy a desktop ice maker, but needed just a bucket to keep ice well without condensation in my man cave. I have tried both OXO ice buckets, the Oggi ice bucket, and even the Jonzo ice bucket. All of them have been tested by me within the past 2 weeks for me to decide which one to keep. I am keeping this ice bucket due to it's the only 1 of 2 which kept the ice in there for 24 hrs. The deciding factor to propel it ahead of the Jonzo was the lower height while being wider, and the thicker steel walls. There was no condensation, the handle feels nice as well. The included tongs inside the lid for storage is a positive. I would like for the lid to have a rubber seal for future models to seal it even better, however, that is minor. This ice bucket is a definite keeper for me!!!

Love this bucket. Kept ice cubes from melting (as compared to uninsulated bowl).It's not perfect as you can see from the photo--some smudges which couldn't be rubbed out (tough to see in photo). Also, there were no tongs included.It's a keeper. If they could improve cosmetics, it would be perfect.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing the shiny silver ice bucket with the tongs that are inserted inside the cover huge mistake, I'm sure the other ice buckets are fine but don't make the mistake I did, when you wash the cover the water gets inside the hole of the cover and is extremely annoying to get out, it's a haven for mold, the ice bucket was not constructed well, why the manufacturer didn't think of it is beyond my comprehension, sorry for the bad review but the truth is the truth, I would never recommend this particular ice bucket.

The elements in the product were well packaged and functional. The ice bucket is a good size, and the accessories (tongs) were appropriate. However, Jim's service was unique in that he reached out, restated the product's guarantee, and shipped additional items to help with the product's use (I didn't ask for it, he did it proactively) The additional items arrived almost as fast as the original order and so far they're working well. Great service and value for the product.

This ice bucket works perfectly in our mini bar. It keeps the ice cold and is very sturdy. The accessories that go along with it are great as well.The company that sells this was awesome from start to finish, there was a slight delay and they sent me out complimentary accessories to make it up to me even though I didn’t ask. They are awesome. Happy to give them my business!

Cadeau acheté pour la fête des pères qui a été un succès. La dimension est bien grande et permet de mettre beaucoup de glaçons et il tient bien le froid. Le petit plus et l’emplacement pour la pince (c’est le seul que j’ai vu avec ça)
