Easy installation. Quality construction. Been using it for about 2 months with our British Berkefeld dispenser and it is “drip-less†so far when turned off! (Knock on wood!). Very smooth on/off mechanism. Prefer this stainless steel construction vs the other plastic options.

This review is for the metal version of the British Berkfield tap as I know the reviews here cover the plastic and metal versions. I've owned a British Berkfeld gravity filter for about two decades. The only recurring problem has been the plastic taps of which I've been through about five or six over the years (they can be temperamental and prone to leakage after a while). Anyway I thought i'd spend a bit more on a stainless steel tap this time and I'm so glad I did. It's of exceptional quality, easy to manoeuvre and I can just tell by its smooth movement that I'm unlikely to experience future problems with it, fingers crossed. It looks quite chic too. A great piece of kit!
