The flange is not wide enough. Having the 3/8" and 5/8" fittings is a good thing, but the rubber flange does not close down around the drain when it's pressed into locking position.

Happy overall, and would rate higher if the pop-up and down action didn’t stick at different heights. You get what you pay for cheap fix but if you don’t want to be annoyed with tapping the stopper a few times to get it right invest a little more for one with tighter tolerance, and better quality materials.

I don't know what the difference is between the two, nothing visible. Tried one and it didn't plug either drain. Tried the other and it works great.
