Quality is low. Plastic insert is kinda flimsy, like plastic packaging, not like a hard plastic at all, but maybe it won’t crack/break as easily? I miss when things were manufactured to last, like my old basket with a wooden tray. Handle is hard plastic. It’s very lightweight overall - but that’s not the worst attribute I suppose. The measurements are actually 12.5†x 8 3/8†x 6 3/8†for anyone who needs to be exact, unlike the listing.

My old Singer sewing box got broken…I had it for nearly 16 years and never thought I’d find one that could ever replace it. Well, this one is slightly larger, which means I can put away more trinkets and notions! The design is also cuter…I’m a sucker for the floral designs and I find the latching system is also more practical, especially at keeping my toddler out of it while mending at the table. I hope this one lasts as long as my last one; I’m very fond of it already! I highly recommend this box!
