I use these for a variety of purposes (in air tight food containers for pasta, rice, bread, crackers etc as well as in my gun safe, document safes, etc) to keep humidity from ruining contents. They work well, and I like that they can be easily recharged when the color change indicates it is time. The fabric containing the desiccant silica gel is sturdy to prevent leakage of any silica beads. I like that these are food safe (I also use them for non-food items) and use only food safe desiccants so that I don’t need to keep track of which desiccant packs are safe for foods. These are fairly expensive but given they can be recharged and that they are food safe, they are a good value. 5 stars IMHO.

what I always use in my pet's food dispenser to keep their food fresh. Last beyond 30 days, good and low cost investment for moisture wicking needs.

These work well. Keeping my shoes and things from getting too much moisture when I store them and they recharge in about 2 hours in my oven. So yes I recommend. I just wish the price was a little bit cheaper.

Been using these for years. I have most of my belongings in a storage unit so tossed a couple in each box and it keeps everything so fresh. I keep a couple in each of my drawers too.

We have a closet that gets some moisture since the door isn't totally flush. Therefore, damp air from outside and from a nearby bathroom drifts in there. I discovered a mold spot on one of the suitcases stored in there when we went on a weekend trip. I can tell the beads are absorbing the incoming moisture as they are slowly turning color bit by bit. I like that the product can be dried out itself and be reused.

Use these for my shoe storage cases I love that you can reuse them and reactivate them!! Does the job and they definitely work!! The beads change colors when they need reactivated which is very easy and quick to do and get a nice amount of packets for the price! Will definitely purchase again when I need them

After looking through many different oxygen absorbers, I decided to go with these mainly for four reasons...1) the price was decent, lots in a bag for the price.2) they change color when it is time to change them. They work! The color really does change. and the bags are clear enough to see them without looking very hard.3) they come in an airtight zipper storage bag to keep them fresh till use and out of the air exposure.4) they are FDA approved.Every fall I store a lot of food ahead for the winter months to save on winter trips to the grocery store and in case of being snowed in a storm. These will work great in my rice container, flour and pasta containers, cereal containers, tea and cereal bars containers....kitty kibble container....they are fantastic....as for drying and reusing, I haven't tried that yet and doubt I will...for the price I will probably toss them and buy a new fresh bag of them in the spring...don't want to risk old ones falling apart or ripping and leaking into food so I will just replace with new to avoid taking any chances. Very decent product. I am satisfied.

These desiccant packets are useful for keeping all kinds of foods dry, like nuts, pasta, flour, sugar and such. The moisture indicator on them is great for knowing if moisture got into your container. They have a great moisture absorption capacity, which means you likely won't have to think about changing them for a long time. The bag they come in is sturdy and has a high quality zip lock. Highly recommended
