The only thing I don't like about this slide is the logo.I own slides made of copper, brass, steel. cobolt glass - you name it.Some custom made.Each has its purpose and signature tone.Darker, duller sounding instruments want steel or brass.Each has its nicheNone of em are as warm and fat as this one.If your guitar is bright and thin-sounding, this is your slide.Its probably easier to get a good slide sound with it, and intonation mistakes don't seem to ring out as loudlyGreat slide

First time playing with a slide made of porcelain. It produces some interesting and smooth tones over other materials. However, though it is lightweight, this slide is very big and bulky. Personally, I find it a bit uncomfortable, too large of a diameter. This might not be an issue to other people. The boneyard logo looks great!

I have a drawer full of slides, glass, steel, brass and ceramic. I love the sound I get with my old ceramic slide but I find it unwieldy. This shorter slide is much easier to maneuver and I find my playing has improved substantially.

Probably about a size ten ring if anyone is counting on a large to actually be a large. Fits probably an average mans pinks.

My favorite slide all around now over all of my various slides of glass , steel , brass, and chrome. I prefer it’s sound, it’s weight, and most of all the way the porous inside of the slide grips my finger… highly recommend!

I purchased this for a large size. Most all slides a large will fit 10 1/2 or 11 ring size. This one said 9-10 on the package. I never seen that when I ordered it. So it’s to small and Amazon wants $6.99 to return it by ups drop off. I don’t have an ups store to take it to for free return, my closest ups store is 30 miles away. So don’t buy if it doesn’t fit, unless you have an ups store. So I’m stuck with it or take a $7 loss returning it. Definitely would not buy again. Slide is very thick, really thick.

I like Joe Perry as a player well enough. Probably have had three or four Aerosmith records. But I man, I LOVE his slide. This thing is perfect. I have the ZZ Top one that's made out of something similar, but the size of this is just perfect for a pinkie and making splashy slide embellishments. Great, great slide.

This really isn't good, it is abrasive on the strings and has moulding faults in the manufacture. A reject that I should have returned but couldn't bother with the hassle, I have two of the short medium versions of this slide which I use on my pinky, and they are fine and I use them all the time. Incidently I have two as they are slightly different diameter which was okay as I find my pinky slightly changes in size dependent on how warm/cold you are. Pas ddeçu, du produit, bien équilibré, diamètre moyen, ce qui est bien car j'ai de petites mains, et surtout la céramique, je ne connaissait pas, je n'avais eu que des bottleneck en verre ou en acier et la céramique apporte une certaine chaleur. Par contre, il faut jouer precis car ce n'est pas trés tolérant. Mais j'aime beaucoup, et en plus : il est beau !

I ordered this slide for my band-mate. He's got quite huge hands and the slide does fit perfectly. Although being reasonably big it is not that heavy as a brass slide. Due to the material it doesn't get slippery on the inside by sweat. He loves it.

Firstly it's very uncomfortable. You're going to struggle to get the right size for you, unless you're mega blessed and get lucky and the one you buy fits.It's a slide... Nothing special at all except it has Joe's name on it... And his 'lil skull which I really dislike anyways. Skulls bore me, look dumb and cheesy and just aren't cool. Boring. Ruins the look totally for me.I literally have a cheap $3 metal silver slide that fits perfect and actually works better than this does... True story.I returned it because I was literally considering keeping it because Joe is a hero of mine. But then I was like... Lol nah. Still be my hero and be £25 better off😂I'm actually a fairly recently pro signed guitarist and so I'd been upgrading kit and seeing what I liked pro level wise and this was just so basic and not worth it all... I'll keep my $3 slide thanks🙌ðŸ½ðŸ˜œ
