These are very nice supports for duty belt. They have just enough cushion. They remind me of a cushion I was given by my physical therapy office. They fit inside the belt nicely and help support the back. I am very happy with this order.

Padding is nice, sent back because the straps don’t really work with how my attachments are mounted. Would like to see Velcro version

It’s filled in with air. Nothing about it is cushion. It’s like pushing against a really hard stiff air mattress that’s uncomfortable

I put these on the interior of my duty belt and was not disappointed. It is very comfortable and definitely takes the rough edges off of a heavy belt load. The only thing I would say is that depending on the size belt you have, you might have trouble fitting it through the loops. Overall, very pleased.
