The ProFlex 1625 Elastic Back Support Brace is designed to remind workers of proper lifting techniques while also enhancing the body's intra-abdominal pressure, moving the stress away from the spine. Featuring elastic body material, this back support brace features a contoured high-cut front panel for a comfortable fit and provides moderate level of support. Rubber track webbing stays are sewn onto the interior to help keep support in position and prevent it from riding up. SIZING To choose your size, use flexible measuring tape and find the circumference around your body at your belly button. The support should fit snugly around your hips with the front of the support two-fingers width below your navel. An easy-to-use hook & loop closure keeps the belt securely fastened while in use and can be worn over or underneath clothing. Adjust the suspenders straps to fit securely on your shoulders without causing tension.

The stays in the back are what I really like. They’re rubber and are not only more comfortable than the hard plastic ones, but they stay in place. Comfortable enough to wear under my shirt if I am so vain! Lots of support, very adjustable. This is the second one I have now, to keep in my car.

Well I bought it because at my age and with my lower back issues I NEEDED some back support, this does the job, slightly difficult to use the first few times but I figured it out pretty quickly. Only issue is the straps seem to pull the belt up and away from my lower back which kinda defeats the purpose of why I originally purchased the belt, it also causes the straps to become loose and I find myself "readjusting" the straps too often. Otherwise I like the support I get until I need to readjust belt and straps. I recommend it, since I have tried many different belts and NONE of them were ever perfect
