I’m a big guy and have back problems. I’m also too stubborn to say now when buddies ask me to help them move. This thing is a game changer! Really helps me to do the things I want without hurting myself. I highly recommend!

I have looked at this item from every angle and there is virtually only about a 2 inch adjustment to this back support. It is poorly made and seems as though they left off a lot of velcro that would allow adjustments. I have a couple of other back lift supports that have the proper range of adjustment.

This absolutely helps my back. It also helps for a good while after removing it for me. I will tell you this is for standing, walking and movind around upright. This is definately not great to wear if you are going to be sitting. It's too wide and will slide when you sit so it won't be comfortable. That isn't what it is for though. It is for help when you are doing things and for that it works perfectly.

It doesn't work miracles but it does decrease my back pain some. I often remove the suspenders because when I sit down it pulls the belt up to my chest when I use them.

I now have 3 of these. I bought one to make sure I liked it and that it was made well. It met and exceeded all my expectations. I have referred several of my large friends to get these for extra support when walking, working or exercising. Great for long car trips also. I would definitely recommend this brand and sight to buy them.

The straps will not stay on the snaps design is not thought out very good.
