The Cerberus 7mm Neoprene Back Support Belt has been designed to provide warmth, support and stability. This is a fantastic all-round belt with elastic Velcro straps for a snug fit and skeletal splints to maximize athletic performance as well as relieving pressure on your back which can ease back pain.
Thicker than others on the market, our 7mm neoprene belt has been specifically designed for Strongmen and Strongwomen. It can be used as a standalone belt for moving and loading events as it gives good support without restriction of movement. So, bending over to pick up sandbags or stones is comfortable. Best support belt that I have ever used. Good to wear for warm-ups and the belt straps hold your powerlifting belt in place.

A previously purchased support belt was too flimsy, so I invested in this thicker, sturdier one, and I was not disappointed. It provided good support for a lower back issue I was experiencing, and now that I'm doing better, it's effective support when doing weight resistance training. It won't replace a belt designed for weight-lifting, but it definitely adds support for my lower back when working out. I give it five stars.

This soft belt as we call them in strongman is a step up from others of the past. The Velcro is so tight and is holding up well.The inner lining is nice like silk and it provides great warmth while not being too restrictive like a hard leather belt. This is a great choice for events such as log cleans, stones or to wear as an under belt for heavy deadlifts and squats

I bought this because I suffer with my lower back, I was going to buy the standard back brace roughly the same price but did not have as many spines / metal rod supports in the back I'm glad I did buy this one I wear it going to work everyday untill I get home.9 hours of time worn everyday, from driving my car, sitting at my desk or walking, it's comfortable to use all day and gives me the extra support I need.

I’ve not been doing any major lifting lately but struggle with correctly bracing my core I had a low quality belt but the Velcro was stripping. This little puppy gives lovely support and allows me to feel I’m bracing.

A nice belt, less supportive than a solid thick leather one, but does add comfortable support if you need it. It looks and feels great, I got the large and am about a 36 inch waist, think I could maybe fit a medium as these are designed for the big boys. Really like it.

Ich hab den Gürtel erst frisch bekommen. So sah er auf den ersten Eindruck gut aus, allerdings hat sich beim anlegen direkt der Klettverschluss gelöst, weil er nicht richtig vernäht war. Für bald 70€ schwache Leistung.Rücksendung ist außerdem auch nicht anständig möglich.
