The memory foam is so comfy! It definitely helps for my new and existing piercings. It takes a few night to get comfortable but you get used to using it. I’ll probably use it as a travel pillow in the future because it’s great for earbuds

They are kind of solid and take some getting used to, especially if you've been used to a really soft pillow.

My husband likes to put a small pillow under his neck on the recliner when watching TV. We recently got rid of his worn-out travel pillow, so I ordered this one, not for the ear piercing feature but because it looked like high-quality memory foam and it was the right size with a washable cover.As soon as I placed it on the recliner, my husband used only superlatives. It is a huge upgrade from the previous version and he says he loves the hole as it cradles the back of his head perfectly.Really happy with this purchase!

I don't find this pillow to be that comfortable for my ear that has an industrial piercing. The quality is good and the value for for money and ease of use are excellent. It just wasn't the most comfortable for me and I kept waking up because my ear was hurting.Would be good for someone with smaller ears

It helped a lot to heal a piercing I had in my ear, it helped me sleep comfortably without risking my ears.

I got this for my daughter to help encourage proper ear piercing healing. Unfortunately it wasn't effective due to the height and design of the hole. The pillow itself is too thin to provide proper neck support. The hole is very small and since the hole goes through the pillow, once you put your head down with your ear in the hole, it feels uncomfortable due to a suction-like feeling occurring. Also the cover is difficult to remove. You need a removable cover because you can't use a pillowcase on a pillow like this without covering up the "hole". We ended up with a thicker one with a larger hole and adjustable height.

Nice design and let me sleep with my ear bug with no problem . Soft material, good quay memory foam. Perfect size and work well for side sleeper recommended.
