I purchased this pillow because I’ve recently gotten conch piercings in both ears. It’s made a world of difference and it’s keeping my piercings safe and making it possible to sleep. This would be super handy for people using earbuds at night for ASMR or to listen to music before they fall asleep. It is a little firm, however it can be adjusted by removing some of the fluff inside. Which is mentioned in the listing and in instructions that are included. So any other reviews complaining about the firmness should be disregarded since those consumers could easily solve their own problems if they used their eyes and simply read. I haven’t removed any of the fluff from mine yet just because I prefer the firmness right now. It’s also not so firm your head would be uncomfortable. I want the firmness for piercing reasons so it’s all about preferences. I say if you’re in the market for a pillow like this either because of fresh piercings, you use earbuds or you have other ear concerns and can’t have pressure on them then buy this. It definitely helps, serves its purpose and makes sleeping more comfortable during the healing process. Also my photo is just after taking it out of the packaging and doing the recommending squishing and whatnot. It’s supposed to reach its full shape after 24 hours, but honestly it’s pretty good right out of the box after you give it the required squishing and fluffing all around.

I'll be removing another of the stuffing so it's to my liking. That said, it's nice that you can do that. The opening is very small however, it would be nicer if you could open it up more. I see it's going to be a pain to fix it. Nice pillow tho.

I have several piercings (11) in my ear making it painful to sleep. Pillow works great with a soft pillow. Feels great

Not silk — this is satin. If I had known that, I would not have bought. Needed silk for skin issues. Shape is good though.

I recently had a helix piercing and sleeping was so uncomfortable as I couldn’t sleep on the pierced side. This pillow has been a game changer, I’m back to sleeping through the night!

I bought this because the ad states that the filler is cotton, but it's actually a synthetic. The ad describes it as cotton at the top, but below it states PP cotton, which is synthetic. It's a bit misleading. I like the pillow otherwise, though.

I am side sleeper and have multiple cartilage piercings and this pillow keeps my them from being compressed. It is comfortable for my neck. I like that you can take some of the stuffing out to adjust the size of the pillow. It is also small enough that I have taken it on multiple trips and used it on flights as a sleeping pillow. Would definitely recommend. My only note is that it is a small pillow about the size of a decorative throw cushion so don't expect it to take up a full pillow case. I love small pillows so it works for me.
