The packaging was excellent. The plant itself has beautiful green foliage and the soil was still moist.

Bush was smaller than I expected, but is growing great! It was packaged well and arrived quickly.

So very please with my plant! It did get lost in shipping (not sellers fault) but was so well taken care of for shipping that the days it was sealed up did not affect my plant at all. Beautiful healthy leaves and fantastic root ball. I am so excited to get her planted.

It was not in a ' trade gallon pot ' as advertised. It was not in a pot at all. It was well boxed, for shipping but the plant itself was in double plastic bags and a thin faux grow bag type thing, not any kind of pot, and the size was smaller than a gallon. More like a one or two quarts. I could hold the entire ' bag ' in the palm of my hand.I have been seeing Viburnum at the local market in two gallon pots for less than I paid for this one. Live and learn.I'm disappointed but am going to plant it, hoping it will grow.EDIT: I looked up ' trade gallon ' and it is about 2.9 qts. So even though my order did not arrive In a pot, I believe the size is about 2 qts or so.I'm going to plant and hope for the best.

Plant arrived as shown. Took pic while unboxing. Followed instructions and made sure to keep my girl moist but it just kept dropping leaves. Not a novice, so I know not to overwater nor place in a bad spot. No reason for it to have arrived this way, it was smaller than advertised but I had hopes. Thought there was enough healthy looking leaves to sustain her. She did not survive.

Ordered this snowball bush and one other plant from this company. Plants arrived in separate boxes and both looked very green and healthy and both were very well packaged. I followed directions and watered immediately. We just planted the bushes. I look forward to seeing them bloom next spring. Plan to buy again from this company!

I wish there could be a way to click negative stars. I ordered two snowball plants, planted each in the same kind of pot with the same soil. One was thriving from the beginning, the other is DEAD! It started dying immediately! I wrote to the address I had for the sender and they responded saying I just have meant it for the company on another coast. Yet, I got their address from my order. They did not agree to replacing my dead plan (I sent them pictures of the two side by side) and the tried to steer me in another direction. So basically, I paid double for one plant.
