My 2012 Nissan Frontier should have come with these pads as standard. I drove a round trip of 150 miles and the stopping power is greatly increased. The stock OEM pads will never go back on my truck. Pedal feel has improved and initial bite has strengthened considerably. I will be buying these pads from here on.

I got ebc because I've heard they are the best. Break in process is ridiculously long. I've followed directions exactly and I'm just shy of 1100 miles and they are still not seated correctly. I did the hard stops at about 500 miles to finish break in process and the breaks were smoking and faded. They still get hot way to fast and fade. Not impressed and won't be buying ebc again nor recommend them..Update.. its now March and I'm about to need replace pads again. I put them on in October. I don't drive than 30 miles round trip to work. Yeah gonna call it now. They are junk

These are the best brake pads that I have ever put on my truck. The price is well worth it.

I do not question that these are worth nearly double the price of OE spec pads from your local autoparts store.I replaced the second set of pads on my Xterra with these, which had about 50% life left in them. I needed a full brake system flush anyways, and I wasnt super happy with the braking on the truck as it was.I am a mere 500 miles into these pads now. which according to EBC is way under the 1-3k mile break in period. They already have better initial bite and feel than the OE pads. Last week I was hauling about 880 pounds of concrete mix in the back of the truck and it had better braking manners than on OE pads and an empty truck, and they are very very quiet.I would wait longer till I was hauling more to give a review, but with my summer projects slowing down I wont be trailering anything large anytime soon.Overall I am happy with the purchase, and would make it again.I haven't noticed the dust issue the other reviewer mentioned, but it would be hard for me to tell because my truck stays pretty dirty, a wash only gets me a day of a 'clean truck'

The stopping power of these brake pads is impressive. It is a significant improvement over the stock pads. Be aware though that this stopping power comes at a price. As many reviews mention, these pads generate significant amounts of black brake dust...I can deal with that. Be ready to inspect and replace these pads often.I have 152K miles on my Nissan SUV. I replaced the OEM pads at ~70K and probably had 20% pad wear remaining. The replacement pads were Wagner ceramic Thermoquiets. They wore great, but I was looking for more stopping power so I installed the EBC Greenstuff pads at 137K. One year and 15K miles later, I have completely wore out these pads. This completely caught me off guard. I have a metal-on-metal situation and a ruined rotor.Since I won't be keeping this vehicle much longer, I am going back to OEM style pads.

I've had these pads on my truck for 2 months now and they stop great! BUT, they produce so much dust that you have to wash your rims every week. If you have black rims this wouldn't be a problem. Performance is 5 stars the brake dust is a negative star, so i gave them a 3.
