I had never heard of a tea infuser mug. When I learned about them, I liked the concept and wanted one for myself. This mug is fabulous. I will never be without one.Great features of this particular model are: 1) The clear glass that allows me to see the color and amount of tea. This helps me judge the state of steeping. 2) The excellent metal basket for holding loose tea or a tea bag, or tea with some add-ins like a slice of lemon. The holes are small and I believe you could even brew coffee in this, though I have not tried it. 3) The metal lid that helps keep the tea hot for an amazingly long time, and which serves to hold the basket when the tea is ready to drink.This is a great product and I may give some as gifts.The person that introduced me to infuser mugs has a ceramic model with large holes in the basket. Small bits of tea leaf enter the tea mug through these holes. The metal basket in the Ecooe model I'm reviewing is better than that. It is also better than our old egg style infuser because the holes in that infuser are much larger.Other features: Cleanup is easy too. And it looks great.

Best value for my money , the glad isn’t very thick but it’s great quality and durable, easy to clean and it doesn’t rust. The design is perfect

I ordered four of these cups (one for each member of our family), and we’ve used them every day since they arrived. They’re nice to drink out of and large enough to hold iced drinks as well as hot. Lattes, in particular, look pretty in them, and while that’s not necessarily important, it is kind of fun.The infuser basket is large, which is perfect for loose leaf teas—it really gives the tea leaves room to unfurl and expand. The mesh is fine, and it blocks all but the tiniest particles. We’ve brewed green, black, and Korean citron tea (marmalade type) in them with no trouble. In general, we do buy higher quality tea with larger leaves. You might get more particles with finer tea.The glass does feel thin and delicate, but we haven’t had any trouble yet, and my teens aren’t particularly careful with them while helping with dishes.If we had more cabinet space, I’d probably order four more. I really love that the 16 oz. size makes them large enough to double as drinking glasses, and it’s always handy to have extra infuser baskets on hand.

. . . the glass is too thin to drink from until the tea has cooled a bit too much. The handle is too small also for moderately big hands. I just use this unit for brewing the tea, and then I transfer the tea to a genuine, thick, ceramic mug. This infuser is really nice for making tea, but its definitely not a stand alone unit for anyone I imagine.

Excellent mug geometry - easy to clean and holds a lot of water. The glass is thin, so it is very light.The handle works well. The rim is smooth and has nothing to annoy you while drinking.I use very hot water, basically just after a full boil, and have had no temperature breakage.It works just fine in the microwave and has no abnormal heating.The stainless steel filter has very small holes on the side and on the bottom. Tea brews well and doesn't slip through the holes. The filter cleans much easier due to the bottom holes. The stainless steel covers snugly and makes an excellent place, when flipped over, to put the wet filter and avoid a mess.The set is a very good combo for tea making and is one of the least expensive on Amazon.

The cup is nice and I love that it’s clear. The concept of this cup seemed like a good idea. However, it’s difficult to take the strainer out because it’s hot. Other than that it’s fine.

I love the size of this cup and after you take the infuser out its still about 15ozs in the cup. No big bits of loose tea because the holes are so tiny. The handle stays cool when the cup of tea itself is really hot. Feels study.

Je ne la voyais pas aussi grosse mais c'est mieux, le filtre et pratique le couvercle aussi et elle est très jolie, légèrement un peu lourde ce qui prouve tout de même une bonne qualité je ne regrette pas, malgré sont prix
