Exactly as described and has increased my fuel efficiency and emissions I'm sure could care less about the few extra hydrocarbons but added bonus. Update 2 weeks later it quit working but in time to get a free replacement so will see how long the replacement lasts hopefully a long time and I just got a dud with the first one

I own a 2001 Honda Accord v6. My Egr valve was stuck open. I decided to get one from amazon instead of going to the dealership and spending six hundred dollars for them to fix. It took me about 20 minutes to take the old one-off and put the new went on. There were only 2 bolts. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. And my gas mileage is a little bit better now that I have the new on.. You do have to keep them clean so every 6 months. You should take it off and make sure it's cleaned out. Really well, that's what happens with the old one I didn't clean it and carbon built up inside of it.. This new one should last about 50,000 miles. If I have any issues I will If I have any issues I will review.Add to my review..

It's not the exact replacement part as OEM, but looks looks like it's compatible.Installed on a 2003 Honda Pilot about 2 weeks ago and drove over 500 miles, no issues or check engine light.
