That’d send are perfect for flour dusting. I have one in the all purpose flour bin and the other in the 00 pizza flour bin. Just perfect!

I was excited to get these measuring sifters, however it is very small and hard to sift or strain through the extremely needle size holes. I wish it was a bit larger and able to sift better. I was very disappointed but ended up just using then for scoops.

It works perfect. I got it to use for spices. The spices come out evenly and just the right amount I need.
